Dana Black is the award-winning author of cozy fantasy rom-coms and middle grade whimsy. She is a lifelong word-nerd, lover of all things sparkly, and a recent transplant to the desert, where she lives with her husband, but sadly no cats. When she’s not weaving new stories together, knocking on the backs of wardrobes, or contemplating moving to England to audition for the Great British Baking Show, she works as the operations manager for a software ventures firm. She believes the solution for most any little problem is to add glitter, drink coffee, or go to Disneyland. (Sometimes all three at once!)
My newest fantasy short story, Violets Aren’t Forever, can be found in All The Promises We Cannot Keep: an RHS Anthology published
by The Writer’s Sanctuary’s Red Herrings Society.
